Beginning with something that makes the weeing scene in Big Bad Wolf look like it comes from My Fair Lady, Zac Ella teamed with Leeds’s ‘cheeky’ Rent Boys to make a video for Shoot The Shot that’s disgusting, offensive, puerile, and sets a new benchmark for the most inappropriate use of food. The sheer relentlessness and graphic intensity of it is quite admirable – although not best enjoyed while having your lunch.
“We found the perfect location, sneaking into a local rag factory one weekend, trying not to make too much of a mess,” says Zac of the shoot in Leeds. “Bit weird that half way through filming we noticed security cameras high on the ceilings. Hope no one was watching on the other end…”. Clearly not, otherwise they surely would have called the Yorkshire Constabulary.
